Process

Four steps from seed to lecithin

Our lecithin originates field-to-product in India, Ukraine and Argentina, with registered and complete traceability of raw materials and finished products (IP system).

  1. Step 1

    Extracting

    Oil is extracted from soy, sunflower or rapeseed raw materials.

  2. Step 2

    Degumming

    The crude oil is treated with water and heat to separate the lecithin gums.

  3. Step 3

    Standardization

    Lecithin is brought to a consistent, specified quality.

  4. Step 4

    Packaging

    Delivered in barrels, cartons or other bulk packaging.

Raw materials → oil → oil + water and heat → lecithin → barrels, cartons, other packaging
